Phoned the company to set up the new tv I purchased. The person on the phone was polite and helpful. The tv engineer came the next day he was on time. He polite helpful explained how the tv operated took away the old tv as well with the packaging. So a good job done.

Hi there rang up yesterday asked about an aerial they was going to try get me in yesterday afternoon but think it was too late in the day so they sent a message saing they be around first thing so they came out 9am. So Mark the engineer instantly saw the old aerial was damaged gave me the quote straight away so i agreed to it. Mark then went on to say that i live in apoor signal aerial noticed the trees might be in the way. The engineer fixed the problem uickly. However twice there were automated messages postponing the appointment.

Responded and came out when they said. Although they couldn't help will the problem. The gentleman was very professional and took time explaining to me a few other solutions that might work. Would certainly recommend this company.
